Lakeview Plantation Neighborhood HOA at a Glance
Lakeview Plantation strives to be a friendly neighborhood where we look out for each other, lend a helping hand and try to build a sense of community. We are a unique neighborhood in the area in that we have many amenities that other places do not have. We also have a voluntary home owners associations that seeks to keep our amenities functioning and our neighborhood connected, clean and kind. We need your help to keep the neighborhood a good place to live and property values high!
Our Garden
We have started a neighborhood garden that is open to anyone that lives in the neighborhood! Right now we only have a couple of blueberries and fruit trees; however, we have big plans for it! We encourage you to get involved and help us create a place where everyone in the neighborhood can enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables!

The garden is open to anyone who lives in the neighborhood!
Our Lake
We have a 4-acre lake that offers great views, fishing and boating opportunities. It is spring-fed, so it is always full! You will catch big bass, bream, crappie and catfish. This is a rare neighborhood feature that will help with home values for years to come! Help us maintain and improve it!

Lake access is for full HOA members.
Our Pool
Our pool offers a great place to relax during the summer. We are also one of the few neighborhoods that has a pool in the surrounding area. Don't swim? The pool still increases your home value by 10K+!
We need to resurface the pool area soon. Please consider joining as a full or civic member so that we can keep the pool from closing down!

Pool access is for full HOA members.
